Classic vs Volume: The Real Difference

When to choose each technique, and how to explain it in language your client understands.

Classic vs Volume: The Real Difference

Classic means one extension per natural lash: a refined look, like a light coat of mascara. Volume means a fan of 2–8 ultra-fine lashes on a single natural lash.

Golden rule: never exceed a 0.8mm total weight on a single natural lash. Volume isn't heavier — it's a smarter distribution of density.

For clients with sparse or weak lashes, light volume (2D–3D) delivers visual density without stressing the natural lash.
